The PowerPass is designed to operate with a 700-2000VA PowerWare 9125 uninterruptible power system (UPS). The PowerPass allows you to:
- Replace or upgrade the UPS without losing power to the protected equipment.
- Provide surge protection if the UPS is not present.
- Provide extra surge protection when UPS is present.
- Protect laser printer against power surges without overloading UPS.
