The Avaya 5402 combines a two-line display with dedicated feature controls and programmable buttons in a compact digital telephone. Ten fixed feature buttons provide convenient access to commonly used telephone functions, while two programmable feature buttons allow frequently needed functions to be assigned for easier access. An additional 12 programmable feature keys can be accessed through the Feature key, although these additional keys are not intended for call appearance functions.
